We all saw the story about the anti-masker passenger, Arna Kimiai, coughing and abusing an Uber driver, and after all the backlash, it seems as if she plans to turn herself in...
The news comes after a video of Kimiai and her 2 friends went viral online.
In the disgusting clip, she can be seen coughing on the Uber driver, as well as reaching over to grab his phone and pull off his mask.
But what makes things worse is that she continued to gloat about "suing Uber" after the incident.

Now, every one of us has had to deal with the challenges 2020 threw at us...
And now we're in 2021, things seem as though they're very slowly returning to normal.
But there are still some precautions we must all take in the meantime while they do...
Including wearing masks, but that seems to have been the biggest topic of debate for the past year with some people claiming they work to keep others protected, while others refused to believe it.
Yes, they're uncomfortable, yes, it's not the norm in most societies, but neither is a global pandemic.
So we must follow protocols in order to protect each other.
So overall, you'd think the pros would outweigh the cons, right?
And it's these people who have undoubtedly contributed to the length of this terrible pandemic.
When will people learn?!
But one anti-mask story has absolutely horrified the internet this week.
A woman from San Francisco's Bayview area decided to get into a taxi and cough on the driver, while also ripping his mask off his face.
The footage was posted on Twitter and gained a lot of attention due to the vile nature of the women involved.
Arna Kimiai as well as her 2 friends requested an Uber and when it arrived they got in maskless. The driver asked them to put on a face covering because those were the regulations to ride, but that's when things took a turn for the worst.
"No, f*** the mask," she yells.
While also declaring "I got corona."
She even grabs his phone and tries to remove his mask.
San Francisco PD also claim after leaving the car she attempted to spray pepper spray into the vehicle.
The incident took place on Sunday, March 7th and since then, the twenty-four-year-old woman has been using her social media to speak out.
In an Instagram Live, she decided to take about the details of what transpired that day, claiming the man was dropping them off in a "dangerous area" and that's why she acted out.
However, she then went on to make some disgusting comments about what else she "would have" or "could have" done.
And upon hearing her still laughing and joking about such a serious incident, people couldn't help but call her out...
In the post, she claimed that her boyfriend taught her to "smack the f*** outta" people that do you wrong.
She continued: "And he lucky as hell I didn't have anything else I didn't have nothing on me... 'cause if he would have played with me bruh, it would have been a whole different story."
She later claimed that she was also going to sue Uber and take Lyfts instead.

But that didn't turn out well because Lyft saw her video and decided to ban her from their platform too.
And things only continue to get worse as San Francisco Police Department said the twenty-four-year-old's callous behavior would be met with justice.
So her lawyers have now told her to turn herself in, which she plans on doing soon.
Upon hearing that news, Lt. Tracy McCray of the robbery department said this:
"We're glad to hear that Ms. Kimiai intends to do the right thing and turn herself into the nearest law enforcement agency, and we hope it happens promptly.
"The behavior captured on video in this incident showed a callous disregard for the safety and wellbeing of an essential service worker in the midst of a deadly pandemic."
McCray also added this:
"We take this conduct very seriously in San Francisco, and we're committed to ensuring that justice is done in this case."
Let's hope this Uber driver gets the justice he deserves...
