The estranged wife of comedian Gary Owens is reportedly demanding an outrageous sum for her monthly spousal support.
This comes after TMZ broke the news of their impending divorce in March this year.
The publication reported that Owens' wife, Kenya Duke, had filed divorce documents on March 19th in Los Angeles County Superior Court, according to online records.
The couple tied the knot back in 2003...
And share 3 children together; 2 sons and a daughter.
Though it is believed that their children are all adults now...
As no minors were listed in the court documents.
Since the news broke of their divorce, fans of the comedian have been reacting with shock...

But now, the plot has thickened.
While the reasoning behind their divorce still remains unclear, new details surrounding their current arrangement have been revealed.
Documents obtained by TMZ have shown that, despite their separation...
Kenya is still expecting monthly spousal support payments from Gary.
According to the documents, Kenya wants $44,000 a month in spousal support.
She claims that it is the exact amount Gary would normally deposit in her account to pay credit cards and finance her personal spending, the outlet reported.
The documents also state that Kenya says Gary left her with "no choice" but to request spousal support.
She claims that she had left her promising career to support Gary and his dreams, and insists their monthly income has always been between $200,000 and $400,000, even during the pandemic.
She also said that it isn't uncommon for Gary to have $300,000 to $600,000 worth of uncashed checks from his stand-up shows "just sitting around."
Both Gary and Kenya are yet to address the unearthed documents.
