Months after his move to the White House, the newly-elected president has been busy dismantling a whole array of controversial Trump-era regulations.

For example...

Mere hours after his inauguration ceremony, Biden fulfilled one of his top campaign promises by pledging to put the U.S. back in the Paris Agreement on climate change - an international pact aimed at curbing emissions that cause global warming.

Trump famously withdrew from the agreement in 2017, citing costs to American taxpayers.

And as for the country's ongoing racial division?

Well, Biden has already got to work on putting the pieces back together.

He first signed an executive order to promote racial equity.

Biden ordered his government to conduct equity assessments of its agencies and reallocate resources to "advance equity for all, including people of color and others who have been historically underserved, marginalized and adversely affected by persistent poverty and inequality."

He then reversed Trump's infamous ban on U.S. entry from majority-Muslim countries.

Biden's proclamation reversed Trump's policy that barred entry to the U.S. for refugees and residents from 7 predominantly Muslim countries and orders plans within forty-five days for resuming visa processing.

But, despite all his hard work...

Biden has made a few mistakes along the way...

He recently laid into Vladimir Putin, escalating the already tense relationship between the countries.

Biden was asked if he believed the Russian president was a killer to which he responded "I do."

Following the comment, Russia recalled its ambassador from the US.

And demanded an apology.

And of course we can't forget the president was seen falling 3 separate times as he climbed the steps of Air Force One...

And, as you'd expect, the footage spread like wildfire online.

Nevertheless, White House Press Secretary recently commented on the President's health...

And people were stunned into disbelief by her comments.

She spoke about how fit he is...

"I can tell you, having traveled with him a fair amount, sometimes he's hard to keep up with," Psaki said.

He's the oldest person to ever hold the position of President of the United States.

At 78 years old, he is the oldest person to assume Presidency, taking the oath just two months after his birthday. Assassinated at age 46, John F. Kennedy was the youngest President at the end of his tenure.

And whilst she didn't comment on his 'private exercise regime', Psaki admitted he was pretty healthy for his age.

"I know folks have seen that President Biden slipped on his way up the stairs to AF1, but I'm happy to report that he is just fine and did not even require any attention from the medical team who travels with him," White House communications director Kate Bedingfield said at the time. "Nothing more than a misstep on the stairs."

He's not the only one to fall though...

In 1975, President Gerald Ford managed to fall head first down the steps of Air Force One.

He's always been a keen supporter of a fit and healthy lifestyle - he doesn't even drink!

He made headlines just before he was inaugurated, as his White House Staff were taking issue with his Peloton bike, saying the bikes camera and microphone functions could be a security risk. He's known to use dumbbells and do regular cardio to stay in shape.

On the campaign trail with governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2020, Biden revealed what his morning workout routine really looks like:

"I have a treadmill and a Peloton bike and some weights. And I try to work out every morning. That sort of gets me going. And then I take a shower and go down, have something to eat."

"I usually have a protein shake and then the day starts usually with somewhere between 40 minutes and an hour and a half meeting with the medical staff [dealing with COVID]."

President Donald Trump may call Joe Biden "sleepy," but the former vice president's physician states that the 78-year-old is in good health and nowhere near slowing down.

Dr. Kevin O'Connor of The George Washington University released a three-page medical summary of Biden's health in 2020 at the request of his patient, in which he described Biden as a "healthy, vigorous, 77-year-old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency."

Critics say he's too old to be President...

Critics of the former Vice-President often suggest the septuagenarian is mentally and physically too old to be president, however, O'Connor makes no mention of any mental deficiencies, stating that Biden's last physical showed his that his "cranial nerves and vestibular function are normal."
