Born Miles Parks McCollum, he gained industry recognition in 2015, with singles "Minnesota," and "One Night."

He released his first mixtape in 2016.

With the title Lil Boat, it was a huge success, cementing him as one of the most successful of the "SoundCloud Rappers" around. Lil Yachty followed up with Lil Boat 2, released in 2018.

And, believe it or not, his next album was called Lil Boat 3.

And aside from music, his business ventures are even wilder.

For one thing, Yachty created the theme tune for the 2020 Saved by the Bell revival.

He also claims to be developing and action movie based on the card game Uno, which we will absolutely be going to watch.

But his latest venture might be the most controversial of all.

He's set to launch a set of nail paint designed for men later this month ...

Nail paint is typically thought of as a stereotypically female product.

But it seems all that's set to change.

Recently, tons of male celebs have been getting on the nail paint train.

With the hashtag #MaleArt taking over Instagram.

Harry Styles is a fan.

Like the trendsetter he is.

Alongside Bad Bunny.

Whose nails honestly put ours to shame ...

Pete Davidson is also one board.

He can do no wrong, in our eyes ...

But there's one guy who's doing it better than anyone.

Lil Yachty, of course!

Yachty's whole celebrity persona is connected to his look.

His signature beaded dreads have been a huge part of it.

He's also known for his vibrant outfits.

"$1200 chanel mask... i bet not catch a thang."

But let's face it ...

It's his nails that steal the show.

So much so ...

That he's launching his very own range of nail paint.

And this is nail paint with a difference.

"I'd like to introduce my new nail paint line @crete__co .... FIRST COLOR DROP MAY 21. 4 ALL GENDERS. FOR YOU, NOT THEM!" he explains.

Some people are loving the announcement ...

And, tbh, us too.

Others have some slightly more .... old school view.

We have to respectfully disagree.

Then there are those who offered this ...

Hey, at least he's bringing it to the mass market, right?

Yachty has also spoken out about his new venture.

Telling TMZ he's hoping the launch will normalize everyone having more fun with their nails.

Will you be making a purchase?
