Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Monica, Phoebe, and Joey burst onto our screens in September 1994.

Created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman...

The comedy followed the friends, who live in the same New York apartment block, as they navigated through their mid-twenties.

Over the years, we became incredibly attached to these characters...

Who, in a way, became our own friends... It's corny, but it's true.

Though many of us still remain divided on one thing...

Ross and Rachel were not on a break. Period.

There were many iconic moments throughout the show's ten seasons.

Rachel's English trifle, Chandler's nubbin, the time Joey got a Thanksgiving turkey stuck on his head... The list could go on.

And it remains just as successful today.

Despite the show coming to an end in 2004, it stands as one of the most-watched shows on Netflix, and its fanbase is as strong as ever.

So, over the years, the cast have been propelled to unprecedented levels of fame.

And none of us can quite see them in anything else.

The gang earned a lot of money during those 10 years...

Allegedly, the cast was each on an eye-watering $1 million salary per episode in the later seasons of the show - a history-breaking figure.

So, many of us can't help but wonder...

Why on earth isn't a reunion on the cards?

Over the years, there have been a few low-key reunions and a lot of false hope...

Apart from the occasional reunion on talk-shows, fans have had their fair share of disappointments when it comes to waiting for a Friends reunion. A fake trailer for a Friends movie even went viral last year, giving superfans false hope that the sitcom was hitting the box office.

In 2018, Matt Leblanc said a Friends reunion would never go ahead.

The actor left fans heartbroken as he rejected calls for the show to return, saying the sitcom simply "wouldn't be the same" in an interview with the Mail Online. He added: "People want to know what happened to them. But it was about a finite period in a person’s life after college, before you settle down and start a family."

Lisa Kudrow also dismissed talks of a reunion...

While appearing on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, the actress said: "They're rebooting everything. I don't know how that works with Friends, though. That was about people in their twenties, thirties. The show isn't about people in their forties, fifties. And if we have the same problems, that's just sad."

And it isn't just the cast that has shut down calls for the sitcom to return...

The show's creator Marta Kauffman, says she constantly gets "nagged" by fans to bring the sitcom back.

She had some pretty harsh words for any hopeful fans out there...

"Watch the old ones - there is no way we could win that. And there's no way it would be satisfying and it'll never happen. We'll never do it," she said.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news...

But, at this point, it's pretty clear that a Friends reunion won't be happening any time soon.

Though, by the sounds of things, some of the cast could do with a reunion...

Because, recently, some of the actors have been coming forward with some pretty shocking claims.

Despite the show running for a decade, some cast members have admitted to not remembering much from that time in their lives.

Yep, despite earning a staggering amount of money for their roles in the show, some of the actors are having a hard time remembering their time on the set.

Courteney Cox was the first to come forward with her revelation.

Recently, the actress admitted that she has no memories from filming on the set of Friends.

Courteney credited this shocking revealtion to simply "having a bad memory"...

“I don’t remember even being on the show," the actress said.

“I have such a bad memory. I remember obviously loving everybody there and having fun, and certain times in my life that I remember I was there for, but I don’t remember episodes."

But she has said she has decided to spend her quarantine time binging the show to make up for it.

“I decided during this time, because people love the show so much, I decided to binge-watch Friends. I just started season 1… and it’s really good!"

Obviously, fans were completely shocked by her confession...

And now, a second member of the cast has come forward with the same revelation.

Lisa Kudrow has now admitted that she too, can't remember anything from her Friends days.

Kudrow, who portrayed the wonderfully eccentric, Phoebe Buffay, recently opened up about her memory loss.

Now, what does this mean?

Does Kudrow remember singing "Smelly Cat"?

Or the time she had her brothers' triplets?

Surely, she'll remember this one.

And does she remember seducing Chandler?

Well, keep scrolling to hear what she had to say on the matter.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly about the later series of the show, Kudrow explained:

"I haven’t seen some of the later episodes, to be honest. And then I don’t rewatch them. So it’s really fun to talk about things."

She admits that reminiscing is always "fun."

"Someone remembers it one way and someone remembers something else about it altogether, and I don’t know, it’s really fun. It’s great."

But she revealed the 2 cast members who remember everything.

"And then some people have phenomenal memories. Jennifer (Anniston) remembers everything and Matt (LeBlanc) remembers everything." This then prompted her to quip, "And I remember nothing."

The actress didn't go into details about her memory loss...

And didn't specify any moments in particular where her memory suddenly stops working.

It sounds like Kudrow needs to rewatch some of those episodes ASAP.
