The news comes after several arrests have already been made.
After the Capitol riots left 5 dead and a handful of people injured, it seems as though authorities are not willing to take the risk of letting any of the perpetrators off the hook.
Now, we know the events that unfolded on January 6th were extremely disturbing...

But some of the most disturbing shots were of Richard Barnett, the man who hijacked Nancy Pelosi's office.
Here he is with his feet up on her desk with a smug look on his face.
And sadly, that's not where it ends...
He rummaged through her private files and even managed to steal a letter addressed to the Speaker.
And here's all the evidence you need...
He seems to be proud of his actions, not even choosing to hide his face from the cameras.
But that only made it easier for the FBI.
Barnett was arrested a few days after the storming of the Capitol took place and had his bail set at $5000 with house arrest as his punishment until he was charged.
However, this decision was recently reversed and he will not be offered bail anymore.

The news comes after assistant US attorney Kim Harris argued that this man was a high risk and especially during inauguration week.
Harris said this:
The chief judge of the District of D.C. BLOCKED the release of Richard Barnett, the rioter who kicked his feet up on a desk in Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office with a stun gun stashed in his pants.— Adam Klasfeld (@KlasfeldReports) January 16, 2021

"If [Barnett] will travel across the country and engage in this level of criminal behavior because he believes that he is right and it is the Electoral College that is wrong, what would deter him?" She told AP News.
He is currently facing a number of serious charges including:
